Airtel yadhamiria kuboresha huduma kwa wateja – Airtel reinforces its workforce


Mkurugenzi wa kitengo cha huduma kwa wateja Airtel Tanzania Bi Adriana Lyamba akiongeaa na waandishi wa habari wakati wa uzinduzi wa programme ya Airtel service Academy itakayowawezesha wafanyakazi wake kutoa huduma bora na kufanya kazi kwa ufanisi zaidi, kushoto ni mkurugenzi Rasilimali watu Perece Kiringiti.

Wafanyakazi wa Airtel pamoja na waandishi wa habari wakiwa katika uzinduzi wa programme ya Airtel service Academy itakayowawezesha wafanyakazi wake kutoa huduma bora na kufanya kazi kwa ufanisi zaidi iliyofanyika katika Makao makuu ya Airtel Morocco.


Keki maalumu ya uzinduzi wa programme ya Airtel Service Academy

Airtel Tanzania, mtandao unaoongoza kwa gharama nafuu na wenye wigo mkubwa Tanzania leo umezindua programu ya kuwawezesha wafanyakazi wake kufanya kazi kwa ufanisi zaidi na kuhakikisha wateja wake wanapata huduma bora Tanzania.

Hii inakuja baada ya ya uzinduzi mzuri wa chuo cha masoko kilichozinduliwa mwezi wa kumi mwaka jana inayojulikana kama ” Airtel Centum Sales University (ACSU)” Akiongea katika uzinduzi wa programu hii ya mafunzo kwa timu zinazotoa huduma kwa wateja katika ofisi za Airtel ,Mkurugenzi wa Airtel Tanzania bwana Sam Elangalloor alisema,”Leo tunazindua rasmi mafunzo ya huduma kwa wateja Tanzania inayoashiria dhamira yetu katika kuleta mabadiliko na kuwaopa wateja wetu huduma bora na zenye viwango vya juu ambazo hazijawahi kupatikana Tanzania. Lengo letu ni kuhakikisha tunatoa huduma ambazo zinazidi matarajio ya wateja wetu na kudumisha mahusiano ya muda mrefu.

Kwa upande wake mkuu wa kitengo cha huduma kwa uteja, Adriana Lyamba aliongeza kwa kusema, ” mafunzo haya ni muendelezo wa kuonyesha ni kwa jinzi gani kampuni na nembo yetu inajali wateja wake.Katika siku 365 zijazo wafanyakazi wa Airtel katika kityengo cha huduma kwa wateja watajifunza mbinu za kitabia na zile za kikazi katika kutoa ufanisi zaidi na kuwaongezea ujuzi zaidi.

Leo Tanzania zaidi ya wafanyazi 99 wa kitengo cha huduma kwa wateja wataanza mafunzo haya ya huduma kwa wateja katika ofisi za Airtel makao makuu. Programu hii ya Airtel service Academy inatolewa na kampuni ya ukufunzi ijulikanayo kama Centum learning na itahakikisha watoa huduma wa Airtel wanakua bora zaidi Tanzania na Afrika kwa ujumla.

Airtel Tanzania, the most affordable telecommunications company with widest coverage in Tanzania has today launched on the job training for its workforce to ensure transformation in customer experience and enhanced efficiency in Tanzania.

This comes after a successful launch of the Airtel Centum Sales University (ACSU) that stated in October last year with certification levels that starts from sales practitioner to sales champion.

The training is key to harness customer care teams, speaking at the company offices in Dar es salaam the Airtel Managing Director, Sam Elangalloor said, “Today we are officially launching the Airtel service Academy training in Tanzania to act as proof of our commitment towards upgrading skills sets of our employees and transforming customer experience, the way Tanzania has never witnessed before. Our aim is to exceed customer expectation and forge lasting relationships.

On her part the customer service Director Adriana Lyamba added, ” the training is our demonstration of our brand being caring, in the next 365 days our teams will be equipped with new set of behavioural and tangible skills. Everything they learn during these 365 days will make them better professionals and ultimately result into better customer
experience.

In Tanzania total number of 99 Customer Care personnel will start the course at Airtel Head quarters. The Airtel service Academy is powered by Centum learning and will ensure Airtel staff becomes the best service professionals in Tanzania
and Africa as a whole.
