Mwanamuziki mrembo kutoka Kenya, Habida amekumbushwa ule msemo wa “what goes around comes around” baada ya kukosolewa kwa wimbo wake wa ‘Gils Night Out’ kama alivyowahi kumkosoa (kumponda) Nicki Minaj kwa kuita kazi yake ni ‘Rubbish’.
Hivi karibuni Habida ame react baada ya wimbo wake wa ‘Girls Night Out’ kukosolewa na blogger mmoja wa kike, kitu kilichomfanya aahidi kutokosoa kazi ya mtu tena. Kupitia blog yake mwimbaji huyo wa hit song ya ‘Sunshine’ ameandika:
“So i criticized Nicki Minaj for showing her boobs in a video as she is a role model. Well, i got criticized for Girls Night Out by a blogger. Lol thing is i know her and goodness knows she does not have a lifestyle where she should be looking to criticize anyone else. Anyway long story short, It got me saying to myself i will not criticize again. I will let people do what they want and i will do me and only do the best i can. I remember being so angry and saying i know what kind of life she leads and God showed me that i had criticized someone i didn’t know, so the moral is……do you and leave the judging to the Lord almighty
And for the record Nicki is one of my modern day idols as she is one of the highest earners in the industry right up there with Jay -Z!”
Lakini kwa kile kinachoashiria kukerwa na mkosoaji huyo, Habida amejikuta anavunja ahadi aliyotoka kupromise hapo juu “i will not criticize again. I will let people do what they want and i will do me and only do the best i can” kwa kum judge blogger huyo na kusema hakuwa na hadhi ya kumkosoa mtu “Lol, thing is i know her and goodness knows she does not have a lifestyle where she should be looking to criticize anyone else.” !???
Siku kadhaa zilizopita Habida alimkosoa Nicki Minaj katika video ya wimbo wa “Freaks” aliomshirikisha French Montana, kutokana na Nicki kucheza michezo ya kikubwa ambayo haiwezi kutazamwa na watoto chini ya miaka 18 ikiwa ni pamoja na kuacha maziwa yake nje. Kwa kumbukumbu hiki ndicho Habida aliandika:
“I used to like Nicky Minaj but she is getting too much. What kind of role models are these people? What kind of women do we want to raise? I must admit we are different in terms of morals and I am glad. It takes a village (community) to raise a child… This is rubbish!”
