‘Hapa Kazi Tu’ sends educational officer to classes

Honorable Dr Magufuli’s motto, ‘hapa kazi tu’,has provoked the educational officer of Iringa town, Haji Mnasi to join teachers in their classes.

“I have done this so that I can motivate the teachers to teach the students.I am expecting them to also ensure that the pupils must pass to a point of 98 from 85.5,” said Mnasi.

This got me thinking about the teachers in our today’s schools. I find it shallow for them to even accept to be motivated by their head. Why should they be motivated yet they are the ones who were trained to teach students.

I mean,its like my boss helping me to write this article so that at the end of the day we have several of them online.Motivation comes if you only have self drive to improve in the education the students.For them to be motivated the following should be done;they should start symposiums with different schools.This will enable the students to ask several questions and interact with different students to share information.

Moreover,they should begin contest between schools.This will not only jump start their brains but motivate the teachers to to know where they should repeat the topic.It will also break the class boredom for the students.Helping the teachers to teach will not make a big impact to improve on the expected target.If you really want to be in the zone of ‘hapa kazi tu’ then this can be a start off.
