Last weekend saw East Africa movie lovers, especially James Bond fans getting first priority for yet another Hollywood blockbuster “ Skyfall” movie exclusive premier. By now most of us know what went down in Dar-es-Salaam, as Heineken sponsored Skyfall premier featured live on your favourite website www.bongo5.com.

To put things in perspective, Coke Zero, one of global Skyfall partner hosted fans in Nairobi on the 26th of October 2012 at Fox Theaters, Sarit Centre for the premiere of the latest installment of the James Bond Series.

The black tie, black carpet event was filled with pomp and color as consumers, staff and popular personalities such as DnG, Kalekye Mumo of Kiss FM, Collo, Dj Crème, Dj Hypnotic among others came clad in their “Bond Look” and got to enjoy various activities carried out before the movie was screened.

Select guests were challenged to “Unlock the 007” in them by completing various tasks such as humming 007 tune and identifying the “Bond Girls” in the theatre in under 70 seconds in order to win Coke Zero goody bags.

Both theatres at the mall were filled to capacity as fans clapped and cheered for their favorite action scenes in the dramatic high speed flick. SKYFALL™ will officially open to the Kenyan public on 2nd November.
