KILIMANJARO BEER FEST LAUNCHED
Tanzania Breweries Ltd through its brand, KILIMANJARO PREMIUM LAGER in conjunction with Bongo5 Media Group have launched and are set to run a Beer Festival in Dar es Salaam.
The event dubbed KILIMANJARO “BEER FEST” that will take place at the leaders grounds on the 1st and the 2nd of October, will be the first festival of its kind to be held in Tanzania with the purpose of celebrating 50 years of Independence and will aim to bring Tanzanians together ultimately reaffirm the nations spirit and tradition of unity.
In a statement to the press on Thursday, Kilimanjaro brand manager Mr. george Kavishe said,’ The KILIMANJARO“BEER FEST” will cater not only to our customers but to those near and dear to them. It will be a fun day out to bring and family and enjoy ourselves. We will have kiddies fun section, a great line up of entertainment for teenagers and adults alike. Just as our brand has committed to unify Tanzanians through our pledge to celebrate our countries 50 years of independence.’
Bongo 5′ events director Olive Nimaga also said, ‘ We are thankful to Tanzania breweries for it’s commitment to recognize and honor it’s customers through the Kilimanjaro Beer Festival, We guarantee a safe environment that will provide a platform for many to have a great weekend.
The Kilimanjaro Beer fest gates will be open from 10 a.m till late on both days scheduled for the event. Tickets sales are at at 10,000 tsh for both days and 7,000 tsh for one day.
