Cynthia Akazuba from Rwanda is new Miss East Africa. Cynthia took the trophy and the brand new Celica sports (worth 31 million Tshs) last night at the Mlimani City Complex amid stiff competition. Dalysha Doorga ( Maurutius) took the second spot while the third went to our own Victoria Martin
