Stephen Kiprotich officially promoted to Assistant Superintend of Prisons

Ugandan Gold medalist winner at this year’s Summer Olympic Games in London Stephens Kiprotich has finally been promoted to a post of Assistant Superintended of Prisons following president Museven’s promise that he should be promoted for making Uganda proud after snatching a gold medal at the Olympic Games.

The event to decorate Mr Kiprotich was organized yesterday morning at prisons headquarters at Siad Barre road in Kampala where by Uganda prisons director Dr Johnson Byabashaija decorated the athletic in fulfillment of president Museveni pledge which he gave out the day Mr Kiproitich arrived in Uganda after securing the gold medal.

In another development Uganda’s prodigal artist Jose Chameleone also handed a mobile phone handset by his trademark to Kiprotich as his gift to the later. Handing over the gift Chameleone did a camouflage salute to set the crowd in uproar.
