Audio: Yvonne Mwale (Zambia) releases her new swahili song ‘Acha Umbea’
Zambian sensational Afro-Jazz singer Yvonne Mwale has released her new Swahili language written song ‘Acha Umbea’.
Mwale decided to give her new single ‘Acha Umbea’ for free as a thank you to all her East African fans, for their great support and love they showed on her stay in Tanzania for couple of months when she decided to settle and continue with her music career in Tanzania.
The title ‘Acha Umbea’ simply means stop gossiping. Yvonne is trying to remind people that gossiping and talking behind people’s backs is destructive.
Mwale’s popularity gained in Tanzania and East Africa after she collaborated with one of the Tanzanian giant Hip Hop artist Fid Q in a Swahili song ‘Sihitaji Marafiki’, which became the leading super hit on radio and TV charts for weeks, and finally it was nominated in two categories at the Kilimanjaro Tanzania Music Awards 2013.
Right now Yvonne is back to Europe where she will start touring shortly and is in preparation of recording her third album in one of the major music studios in Germany.
