David Beckham akanusha tuhuma kuwa alitumia uhusiano wake na UNICEF kusaka cheo cha ‘Usir’ Uingereza
David Beckham amekanusha ripoti kuwa alitumia uhusiano wake na shirika la umoja wa mataifa, UNICEF kupigia kampeni cheo cha ‘Usir’ nchini Uingereza.
Ijumaa, gazeti la Uingereza, The Sun, lilichapisha barua pepe zilizovuja, kati ya staa huyo wa soka na msemaji wake mwaka 2013 ambapo walijadiliana kuhusu kutafuta cheo (knighthood).
Kwenye barua pepe hizo, Beckham, aliyetunukiwa Order of the British Empire mwaka 2003, aliiita tuzo hiyo aliyopewa muimbaji Katherine Jenkins kuwa ni utani “a f**king joke,” na kuielezea kamati inayoamua nani anastahili kupewa heshima hiyo “bunch of c**ts.”
Msemaji wake amedaiwa kumsihi Beckham kujikita kwenye shughuli za kujitolea kama ubalozi wa UNICEF, ambao amekuwa nao tangu mwaka 2005. Jumamosi, msemaji wake, alimtetea baba huyo wa watoto wanne kuwa ripoti hizi zimemtengenezea picha ya tofauti kwa makusudi.
