Omarion is back with a song for the ladies called “Sweet Anita.” The slow burner finds the Maybach Music crooner pushing his falsetto to the limit over bubbling synths and sparse percussion, and never leaves slow-jam speeds, as Omarion explores the upper registers amid hazy reverb.
Omarion is gearing up to release his new album Reasons on Oct. 23. “This is just a different body of work,” he told VIBE of the follow-up to last year’s Sex Playlist. “This is me in my transformation phase coming off of ‘Post to Be’ and Sex Playlist.
