Faraja Nyalandu ala shavu kwenye baraza la elimu la World Economic Forum

Mkurugenzi na mwanzilishi wa taasisi ya Shule Direct, Faraja Kotta Nyalandu, ameteuliwa kuwa sehemu ya baraza la elimu la World Economic Forum.

Ataungana na wataalam wengine takriban 15 kuunda baraza hilo. Baraza la elimu ni miongoni mwa mabaraza mengine zaidi ya 80 ambayo hushughulika na sekta mbalimbali.

Wajumbe wa mabaraza hayo hukutana kila mwaka kwenye mkutano wa Global Agenda.

Kuhusu uteuzi huo wa Faraja aliyewahi kuwa Miss Tanzania 2004, taasisi ya Shule Direct kupitia Instagram imeandika:

Shule Direct is honoured to announce that its Founder and Executive Director, @farajanyalandu has been appointed to serve on the Global Future Council for Education, Gender and Work by the World Economic Forum. Given her background and expertise, the Forum believes her leadership would be instrumental in helping this council to develop pertinent insights and collaboratively shape solutions to improve the state of the world.

The Network of Global Future Councils is an invitation – only knowledge network that serves as a forward – looking brain trust to the World Economic Forum and the world at large. Members of the Councils are globally renowned experts from business, government, academia and civil society.

The network gives its members a platform to support the Forum’s vision to better understand and shape global systems in the face of rapid social and technological transformation. We wish her all the best as she takes on this important role, representing the best interests of our country, Africa and the world at large.
