New list of banned songs on Nigerian Radio, TV stations – July 2015

The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) of Naigeria has released the latest list of NTBB (Not To Be Broadcast) songs.

The long list shows songs and music videos that will no longer be played on Radio and TV stations in Nigeria, with reasons offered including obscene video, video depicting violence, vulgar lyrics, among others.

Some of the banned songs include Nicki Minaj’s ‘Anaconda’, Davido’s ‘Fans Mi’, Olamide’s ‘Falila Ketan’ and Phyno’s ‘Yayo’.
